Spartacus Brewing isn’t just a brewery—it’s a rebellion in a glass! Founded in 2018 by Cassio Vallinotti and Rafael Yuri, this Brazilian craft beer powerhouse started as a homebrewing experiment but quickly became a force to be reckoned with.
They set out to challenge the status quo in Brazil’s beer scene, crafting bold, top-quality brews that earned them a spot among the country’s best. After starting in São Paulo, they packed their barrels and moved to Juiz de Fora, embracing small batches and frequent releases. Not so long ago they started brewing their beers for Europe in Groningen (at the Baxbier brewery) – reducing their carbon footprint while maintaining their incredible quality.
