The most northern brewery is also the youngest one in our line-up: Factory Brewing. Founded in 2023, they’re among the highest rated breweries from Finland on Untappd. Their reportoire consists mainly of excellent hop forward beers but also includes a barrel ageing program with excellent stouts. Come and meet them at Just in Baxfest 2025
Who are these guys?
Jirka Ordén is the man behind Factory Brewing. Besides brewing some of the best New England IPA’s, he is inspired by American Barrel Aged beers and is looking for those hard to find fresh and well conserved barrels.
